I am first a mother, then an artist.
Motherhood shaped the way I see the world long before photography ever did. My children taught me how quickly time moves, how fleeting each season can be, and how often the smallest moments become the most sacred in memory.
Their wonder, their laughter, their quiet in-between moments — these became the lens through which I learned to notice beauty.
Photography, for me, is an act of gratitude. A way to honor what is real, what is given, and what is sacred. I am drawn to honest connection, natural light, and the quiet details that so often go unseen until they are preserved.

Matthew creates from instinct, movement, and the quiet rhythm of inspiration. His work is guided not by formula, but by flow — an intuitive process that allows each piece to emerge naturally, honestly, and without restraint.
Drawn to landscapes, still life, and large-scale murals, he approaches every surface as an invitation rather than a canvas. Whether working in charcoal, watercolor, pastel, or acrylic, his aim is always the same: to translate what he sees and feels into something tangible, enduring, and alive.
